Yes, Aaba Pay is fully protected. All Financial Transactions details in Aaba Pay are verified under PCI-DSS and SSL Technology.

Yes, if the transaction failed due to any issues at bank end, the amount will return back to the original source 3 to 5 days.

Q: How can I initiate payment using Credit / Debit Card through Aaba Pay?

You can pay from your Credit / Debit Card through “Utility Payment or Request Payment option” in  Aaba Pay.
* Click “Utility Payment” option, select your Beneficiary and enter the required fields.
* Next you will be redirected to the Payment Gateway screen, enter your card details and proceed the payment.

Q: How can I change my password?

To change your password, follow these steps
* Login into the Aaba Pay Account.
* View your profile, click the option “Change Password.”
* Enter your New Password and proceed with the change.

Q: What is the Convenience fee in Aaba Pay?

Convenience charge for the payment will be minimum of 1.25 % and depends upon priority. Excluding taxes, for Instant Pay 4.97 %, for Same Day Priority 2.53 %, for T3 Priority 2.55 %, for T2 Priority 2.12 % and for Low Priority 1.25% .T30 IS 0% is the convenience fee. GST 18 % as applicable on convenience charge. For Business Cards and Amazon Pay extra  charges are applicable. 

Q: Whether my card details are Secure?

Yes, Aaba Pay is tied up with PCI-DSS and SSL Technology which makes your Card Detail more Secure and builds credibility with Customers.

Q: Can I cancel my payment?

Yes, you can cancel your payments within the settlement time. For cancellation purpose you have to contact Aaba Pay Team through “Chat ON WHATUP or Mail Support”. Refund charges are applicable.

Q: Is there any fee charged for refunding the payments?

Yes, extra 10% amount will be deducted from your payment (Including the Priority charges) as a refunding charge.

Q: What will happen if my payment is in Withheld status?

If you didn’t provide the valid documents for your payment, it will be refunded automatically on the 4th working day from your Settlement date. Refund charges are applicable.

Q: What will happen if my mobile gets lost / stolen?

Don't worry! No one can access your Aaba Pay Account without entering the Aaba Pay Mpin/ Fingerprint. That's why we recommend not store your Aaba Pay password anywhere on your phone. However, for security reasons if your phone is lost / stolen inform us immediately by mailing us to MohammedSarfaraz@AabaPay.com / AabaPay1@gmail.com so that we will freeze your account for further safeguard purpose.

Q: What is Fair Use Policy?

It will be decided by our legal team based on your Transactions, Chargeback / Dispute from Banks. Once you are eligible for that your Instant Pay limit will be increased.
